Your premium is based on several factors, including which class codes you report. Submitting your acute payroll report is key to ensuring you are paying the correct amount for your workers' comp coverage. 

To get the most accurate class codes, contact your insurance agent or SAIF directly at 888.598.5880 or saifinfo@saif.com. We can provide expert help to ensure you’re using the correct class codes and guidance on how to properly track payroll in the correct classes when multiple codes may apply.

The Employer-at-Injury Program (EAIP) encourages the early return to work of injured workers by reducing employers’ initial return to work costs and claim costs. At SAIF, our dedicated team of EAIP specialists is ready to assist employers in developing transitional work plans and request reimbursement for the associated costs. Learn more about this program on saif.com or on the Workers’ Compensation Division website.

June | 12 months of safetyJUNE | First Fill pharmacy program

Have you heard about SAIF’s pharmacy services? This voluntary program helps injured workers obtain prescriptions related to their work injury. In 2024 alone, more than 27,000 prescriptions were filled through this valuable benefit. 

Last year, SAIF’s pharmacy program saved policyholders $3.5 million, or 59% of prescription expenses in claims.
