2016 was an excellent year for SAIF, marked by significant new growth despite an increasingly competitive market. There is no better marker of value in the marketplace than when new policyholders sign on and current policyholders renew. We owe much of that success to you—our agents.
Our continued growth flows directly from our dedication to a mission to improve worker safety and health, keep rates low, and help injured workers heal and return to work.
We also know that our policyholders place tremendous value on our service levels. We remain committed to consistently delivering a high-value customer experience. There are a lot of components to that, but among the most important is our partnership with the agent community.
