SAIF gives them thorough training and helps them maintain certification.
Ever wonder what kind of training new adjusters at SAIF get?
We have a thorough training and certification program that starts with formal classroom training. That's where they learn the many workers' comp rules and laws, and how to practically apply them in a claim.
Following that, new adjusters receive extensive, one-on-one coaching with our seasoned adjusters as they learn to manage claims. They're also assigned to a team, working closely with a mentor/coach and supervisor to ensure consistent and appropriate claims management and communication with the appropriate parties.
And adjusters are required to maintain certification through ongoing education—all of which is provided in-house at SAIF.
