Replacing your entire policy and billing system is like replacing your car’s engine: If you’re going to do it, you’d better have a good reason.

Our existing system no longer meets our business needs, especially our ability to offer new products or features that you've requested. So we’re replacing it—all of it. When the new one is up and cranking out new business policies in the fall of 2018, it’ll modernize our systems to meet our strategic business needs.

Replacing a system so large and complex is not a simple project; in fact, it takes years. Once new business is issued late next year, we’ll begin converting existing policies over to the new system at the time of their renewal.

We’ll continue to provide you updates on the progress of our work over the upcoming months. SAIF is committed to continuing our strong partnership with agents and providing exceptional service to our policyholders and injured workers throughout this transition.
