Meet with human resources to complete paperwork
- All new hire paperwork can be completed digitally
- On your first day, you'll need to bring a form of identification. See page 3 of the I-9 form
What to know about benefits
Read up on the 2026 benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
Adding an eligible dependent(s) (spouse, domestic partner, child) to your SAIF health plans:
- Review the List of acceptable documents before your start date for details on what documentation is required for each eligible dependent.
- If you enroll your spouse or domestic partner in your medical plan, you must also compete the Employer Verification form.
- If you enroll your unregistered domestic partner, you must also complete the Unregistered Domestic Partner form.

When you arrive
On your first day, we'll make you a security badge and give you a tour. And we keep it pretty casual at SAIF, so don't worry about a dress code.
