Hot topics in premium audit [Law CEC]
The objective of this course is to give the agent information on the most asked-about topics in premium audit. It discusses vacation and paid time off, bonuses, verifiable time records, and what an auditor is required to look at when auditing. All of this is tied into Oregon law, with examples and stories to make the information come to life. Agents will know the answers they need when their customer asks why vacation is excludable and sick pay is not, when a bonus can be excluded, and what the law requires for verifiable time records.
