Officers or officials of associations, labor unions, and political subdivisions who receive remuneration by the organization for work in Oregon are covered under your policy.

Corporations and co-operative corporations

A corporate officer who meets the three tests below is not a covered worker of the corporation and is not personally covered by your policy

Farm corporations

When a corporation's activities are conducted on land that receives farm-use tax assessment per Oregon law (ORS 215.203 and Chapter 308), family members who meet the following tests are not covered by your policy

Sole proprietor workers' comp

A sole proprietor is not personally covered by the policy unless SAIF receives and accepts a written request for the sole proprietor's personal election of coverage and names the sole proprietor on a Sole Proprietors, Partners, Officers and Others.
