For nearly four decades, EP Climbing has been at the forefront of creating world-class sport climbing infrastructures, helping climbers in more than 30 countries. That same commitment to quality and innovation extends to their workplace safety efforts. EP Climbing has partnered with SAIF’s industrial hygiene and safety team to reduce exposure risks and create a healthier environment for employees. 

“Having the continuity of the relationship with SAIF, who understands what we do and where we plan on going, allows SAIF to provide us with accurate data, good advice, and recommendations,” shared Bryce Benge, President of EP USA. “SAIF has been a great collaborator as they want to work with us to get us where we want to go.” 

Through this partnership, EP Climbing has made significant improvements, including improved employee personal protective equipment, enhanced industrial hygiene practices, and a redesigned shop layout—all aimed at exceeding safety expectations. They’ve also implemented a uniform program that provides employees with work clothes and boots to keep at work. 

The results speak for themselves: improved morale, a cleaner environment, and reduced turnover. Employees feel a stronger sense of well-being and can truly “leave work at work.”
