Beginning June 6, 2016, you may notice a change in how we handle your medical bill inquiries.
To serve you better, we'll be sending all medical bill inquiries to our medical services unit. You'll get consistent answers from knowledgeable staff.
This means that the adjuster assigned to a claim will no longer be the source of answers for your medical bill inquiries.
