For nearly 100 years, SAIF has been standing strong all across Oregon. Helping to protect employees has been our life’s work.
Today, we’re more dedicated than ever to workplace safety. In fact, we’ve put a lot of our safety resources right on this site, so employers can access them easily 24 hours a day.
And it’s working. Largely due to workplace safety efforts, Oregon has set a national record with 21 consecutive years without a pure premium rate increase. Claim rates are down in agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and other major industries. And companies that move here mention our workers’ comp system as one of the deciding factors.
