John Gilkey named SAIF vice president for policyholder services

John Gilkey has been named vice president for policyholder services at SAIF Corporation. In his 26 years with SAIF, Gilkey has served in a variety of management positions in underwriting, agency and group management, and field operations. At Brenda Rocklin's request, Gilkey has completed a comprehensive review of policyholder services and SAIF adopted his recommendations in September of this year.

"John has already proved to be a valuable addition to SAIF's executive council," said SAIF President and CEO Brenda Rocklin. "John will be a strong advocate for the Policyholder Services Division, while continuing to foster a collaborative working relationship between field operations, underwriting, and claims."

When SAIF launched the new corporate brand platform in July of this year, a commitment to continuous improvement in customer service was embedded in the brand promise SAIF made to its stakeholders. Over the past several months, Gilkey has been working, with the entire executive team, to ensure that the policyholder services division is structured to deliver on that promise.
