You probably noticed that we’ve made some changes to our website. The most visible change is the new look of our site. The colors, the logo, and the overall style reflect our new brand identity. Learn more about the SAIF branding project.

We’ve also redesigned and restructured the site by building on the best of the old site and adding improvements based on feedback from customers like you. We hope you’ll find that our new, lean design makes finding information and completing tasks faster and easier.

Your guide

Everything you need - including access to Business Online - is now in the Medical Provider Guide. You should never have to leave the guide for anything related to medical care. This focused, task-oriented structure makes the site leaner and more efficient.

Business Online

Because Business Online is such an effective tool for our customers, we’re making no changes to its functionality. You’ll sign in from the Medical Provider Guide homepage, but your applications will work the same as before.

New features

You’ll also find a few new features tailored specifically to medical providers, such as the news and announcements section and a menu with only tasks that providers need. Your guide also is more focused and better organized.

While the SAIF brand is undergoing some changes, our principal objectives haven’t changed since the time we helped our first injured worker in 1914. We will continue providing the same great workers’ compensation insurance products and services that our customers depend on.
