On March 7 SAIF made some enhancements to the security features of Business Online. These enhancements offer you the ability to select and answer security questions when you need to reset your password or remember your user ID.
In addition, we ask you to validate the email address associated with your Business Online user ID. This means any system-related emails will be sent to the address you provide. Don’t worry, we won’t send you emails unless you need them.
So the next time you log into Business Online, you'll see the My Profile page automatically, where you can update your contact information, select and answer your questions, and change your password if you want. Once you’ve done that, you will continue on to the Business Online menu page, business as usual.
In Business Online, you can also review medical conditions; review claim decisions, dates, and contact (adjuster) information; verify claim MCO enrollment; check on hearing information; and more.
Don’t have a Business Online user ID? It’s easy (and free) to register for one. All you’ll need are your employer identification number (EIN), a bill identification number, and a SAIF claim number from that bill. Then, just fill out this form.
