To help providers reduce costs without affecting quality of care, SAIF Corporation is partnering with Oregon State University's College of Pharmacy to conduct a targeted prescriber education program.
Using evidence-based research from the multi-state Drug Effectiveness Review Project, OSU is analyzing physician prescribing patterns and contacting physicians who may benefit from education about drug effectiveness. The recommendations are voluntary.
