New Animals in Compensability

Overview

No wildlife biologist has seen the animal that has evolved from the mix of the changes in 1995, 2006, and 2009 and, finally, Hopkins in 2010.

This training takes you on a safari that gives you some tools and skills to look for this animal to assist you as you maneuver across the recession plains and, hopefully, into a better economic landscape. Our goals are to give you the key changes in compensability law from 1990 through 2011; discuss recent changes to attorney fees and the system; and advise you on how SAIF is addressing or arguing these changes, what you can do to assist in the process, and how you can partner with your adjusters.
