This advanced claims class describes the complexities of reserving a claim and the key factors driving claim costs in our current environment--such as medical utilization, prescription drug use, and work disability. Learn when and how reserves are set, the resources available to adjusters and vocational coordinators in setting a reserve, and what you can do to help control costs.

Fighting workers' comp fraud: What employers need to know
At SAIF we take fighting fraud seriously. This class will define what constitutes fraud and offer tips on ways you can help SAIF spot these types of claims. We will discuss common fraud scenarios with actual case studies to highlight the role of the employer.
