Knowing how to handle claims can help you keep your costs down. This session will discuss the difference between an incident and a claim and how to file a claim if you have one. You will also learn ways to influence claims costs through the use of the Oregon Pharmacy Drug Program, return-to-work programs, the Employer-at-Injury Program, and the Preferred Worker Program.
