A DEADLY SILENCE | 2003, 20 minutes SUBST-02 | Substance abuse in the workplace is a problem that affects every industry in North America. Even though this video focuses mostly on forestry and mining, this is a great video that shows testimony of a life saved due to someone "ratting him out" to management. In hindsight, someone usually knew about the problem and looked the other way. This video hopes to influence people to stop enabling that behavior.
