Is access to your SAIF Business Online information up to date?
SAIF policyholders will now receive an annual verification letter identifying users with access to policy and claims information.
Beginning in January 2008, both active and inactive SAIF policyholders will receive letters identifying active Business Online user IDs ("userid") established for their policy. The information can be used to validate Business Online access to your policy and claim information. You also will receive instructions and contact information to modify or delete user IDs.
The letters will be generated by SAIF at the beginning of each month for all policies whose last renewal date occurred in the previous month. They will be sent to the policy mailing address, and will be addressed in care of the officer of notice for the policy, where available. Letters for inactive policies will include policies canceled within the last four years.
