More information now available to policyholders online
Beginning January 2, 2008, policyholders and agents will have access to the imaged policy information page and endorsements for active policies through Business Online.
The Endorsements page of Policyholder Profile has been modified to include direct links to a PDF of available policy documents. Documents available are limited to those imaged by SAIF as of June 18, 2007.
Functionality includes the ability to print the policy information page or endorsements individually or to print all of the documents available as a single document.
Future enhancements planned for Policyholder Profile include a historical conversion of all policy documents for active policies, allowing the customer to have a complete set of policy documents available online.
