Office ergonomics assessor training

This training is a joint venture of SAIF and DAS/RMD. Its purpose is to train you to become an ergonomics assessor within your state agency.

Overview

Seminar overview

You will learn various methods to fit and adjust a seated workstation to individual employees' needs. Following the class you will be expected to complete and submit three office ergonomic assessments to SAIF to receive your certification. SAIF reports certification status to agencies on a quarterly basis.

Cost: Free to State agency employees

Speakers: SAIF safety management and return-to-work consultants

Notes: Requires supervisor approval.
