You have been given a "Press Pass" for a behind the scenes tour of SAIF's claims and policyholder services operations that will solve the mystery.
The tour, which is designed specifically for agents in our community, will provide an overview of the departments that most often interact with your customers. The tour allows you to view the claims process from initial reporting all the way until claim closure and qualifies for two hours of CEC. You will meet representatives from several departments, including claims, fraud and investigations, employer-at-injury, return-to-work, and loss control. They will provide nuggets of knowledge you can take back to your customer.
