This class is designed to provide in-depth knowledge regarding the Oregon Statutes governing worker and employer subjectivity, precedent setting subjectivity court cases and ORAC decisions. Students will learn how to apply the various "tests" used to assist in the subjectivity determination. The class is limited to Oregon exposure and will not include Federal or Extraterritorial coverages.
