This course will provide detailed training on the use of the NCCI classification system; what the agent needs to ask and know to properly classify a workers' compensation risk. Students will participate in real world classification exercises designed to enhance comprehension and usage of the NCCI rules. This class is highly recommended for anyone with less than two years WC sales and service experience or anyone seeking a refresher on how to correctly classify WC business.
