Improvements to our system make it even easier and faster to do business with SAIF online.
As part of our effort to continually improve service, two primary tasks payroll reporting and premium payment now can be completed through Business Online by all SAIF policyholders at their next renewal.

- File an installment report (SAIFPlus)
- File an arrears report
- Make a one-time payment
- Make a recurring payment
Our policyholders receive these benefits by using our online services:
- They no longer have to calculate premium themselves: The system also will automatically calculate it when a payroll report is filed, eliminating any need for manual calculation.
- Online payments may be authorized at any time day or night, including holidays and weekends, using SAIF's convenient one-time payment option.
- Policyholders can verify the balance of their account at any time.
- Premium and security deposits can be paid online, including quote payments for new business.
- Payments received before 6:30 p.m. are credited to the policy as of that day, weekends included.
If your customers aren't already registered for SAIF's Business Online tool, we recently introduced a new registration application that allows them to self-register. They'll receive immediate access to account information, online demos, and all of the other great features of Business Online.
