The Oregon legislature completed its work for 2009 at the end of June. SAIF has analyzed all of the new laws and compiled the following list of bills that are likely to affect employers. Some of these laws are already in effect, although most do not become law until January 1, 2010. The links in each document will take you to the final version of the bill.
