Injury Reports now available on Business Online

The new, enhanced version of SAIF's Injury Report has been added to the library of online resources in Business Online. The report, now available to all policyholders, has been renamed Loss Runs and is available in the Policyholder Profile application.

Some of the benefits of the online report are:

  • No more waiting for the printed report. Data that is current as of the end of the prior business day
  • Provides an easy, fast way to review loss information at your convenience
  • Access to current and historical loss data by policy period or claim date of injury
  • A view of loss costs for a specific date range
  • An option to export an extensive set of loss data to a spreadsheet application for further analysis
  • The ability to print a more comprehensive view of loss information
  • Online comprehensive "Help" file with definitions for all loss data

With the flexibility provided by the online system, it is our hope that you will find the new report will better meet your needs in analyzing loss data.

To support our environmental sustainability initiative and reduce paper use, the current printed and mailed Injury Reports will be discontinued in April 2009. If you are not currently a Business Online user, please visit the Employer Guide home page, go to the Business Online box (on the right), and select the Need to Register link.

SAIF will continue to provide a printed version of a predefined Loss Run report by request. This printed option will be available on a quarterly or annual basis. More information will be provided about this option early next year.
