New email and fax addresses have been established for the certificates of insurance that your E&O carriers may require that you send to SAIF. Although we do not require a copy of the certificate, the new email and fax addresses are designed to make it easier for you.
To send the certificates, please use one of the following:

SAIF will not review the certificate for accuracy or consider the certificate to be a request to alter coverage. The certificates will be deleted from our system after one year. If you would prefer to send the certificates to us on a disk, we will store it for one year as well. Also, please verify the address of the certificate holder before issuing the certificate. We won't be able to research undeliverable certificates, and they will be held for one month.
