Access to electronic policy documents expanded

Agents and policyholders now have access through Business Online to an expanded database of policy information and new ways to view and print the documents.

Users have options which allow them to view and print endorsement and policy documents for policies with a policy period from January 1, 2007, forward. This expansion allows SAIF customers to have a complete set of current policy documents available online.

This is a continuation of the prior release, which was effective December 31, 2007, that enabled agents and policyholders to view and print policy documents imaged as of June 18, 2007.

New features
In addition, the Endorsements page of Policyholder Profile in Business Online has been modified to include direct links to a PDF of available policy documents. New features include the ability to:

• Print the policy information page or endorsements individually
• Print all of the documents available as a single document.
