Management changes in SAIF’s Marketing and Groups Division announced

After Michael Hartman's recent promotion to vice president of underwriting services, SAIF conducted a careful review of its Marketing and Groups Division to ensure that the level of quality service you associate with us continues. The review is complete, and the following changes have been announced.

Christy Witzke has accepted the position of director of Marketing and Groups. Witzke has worked in several divisions at SAIF over the past 14 years, including marketing, loss control, and groups. She also has managed the state agency customer service team for the past four years. Witzke earned a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University in Business Management with a minor in Spanish.

A significant portion of Witzke's current responsibilities relating to SAIF's group insurance program will be assumed by Pat Morrill, CPCU, AIC, who will retain ongoing responsibility for her assigned agencies. Morrill's new title will be agency and group program coordinator.

Morrill joined SAIF in November 1998 as agency marketing specialist. She also has experience as a senior claims adjuster, claims supervisor, examiner, and account manager. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Personnel Management/Labor Relations.
